Once upon a time there was a bird called Dave..

Dave used to fly around from house to house, area to area searching for food..

Why?

..Because he didn’t always get what he wanted..

You see it was good at the time because it fitted and he believed his own lies that it was right..

We all do this, we see other people do stuff so we copy them..

Now it may work for them but why should it work for us?

We are all different..

You see Dave followed the other birds until..

He finally found the one house that consistently delivered the right food at the right time for him..

You see Dave wasn’t like the rest, he had to do things at different times to suit his lifestyle..

This is exactly what happens at PSPT, you see we are all different..

Not everyone who applies is accepted for the Body Blitz programme..

WHY?

Well I only want people who REALLY want results..

If you don’t then toddle off to the cheaper trainers down the road, now worries..

The trainer and client have to click, right?

What may work for someone may not work for you..

..BUT we identify this and make a plan..
